A large expanse of trees and lawns made as Pleasure Gardens for commoners, filled with plentiful food and drink, side-shows and arguably propagandist plays. It's located in central London, near to the River Thames. Notable is the Great Glass Palace here - "entertainment capital of the universe", containing pier-end casinos, mystic gypsies and palm trees. Spirit activity is moderate, mostly due to foliots powering dodgems. Pickpockets frequent the area, and ticks and fleas infest Bumpo the Bear's Grotto of Taxidermy. Also notable are Dr Cramp's liver sausages sold here.[1]
