Scarlet Vexations: Transmits disease and the Pestilence, often appears in the appearance of a rat at the first level. Arthur Underwood had preserved one. [1]
Description[]
On the first level, this spirit appears like a rat (zool.:rattus norvegicus). With Magic Lenses, the demon appears red and black with a spongy face and beetle-like wings, as well as an accordion-like abdomen. The specimen, which Arthur Underwood had kept in a jar in his laboratory, had opened its eyes, they looked sad. [1]
Occurrence[]
In the laboratory of Arthur Underwood, a captured specimen had been lying in a pickling fluid for over fifty years. The lesser spirit was captured by the Lincoln's Inn Medical Institute and bottled. [1]
