Nicholas "Nick" Drew was a member of the Resistance.
Story Arc[]
Book 2[]
He displayed a cowardly personality and as such was one of only two members of the group to survive the attack in the tomb of William Ewart Gladstone. He fled, in an instant, rather than helping his fellow members.
Book 3[]
He became a shop worker and continued being a political activist. In a meeting at the Frog Inn, he saw Kitty Jones.
Later on, he was captured by Quentin Makepeace and was subjected to an "unusual" magical experiment - summoning a spirit into himself. He gave up Kitty Jones's name with the hopes of being released.
His fate was no longer mentioned but as the story in the books progressed, he in no doubt died. He was killed either by Makepeace or by the spirit within Nicholas.
