Fritang was a djinni in the service of Nathaniel.
His missions were observations on the general public. He reported back to Nathaniel the commoner's reactions on the goings-on of their country. He also updated the magician on the growing number of people detecting spirits in disguise.
He was used again as a threat by Nathaniel to Kitty. Then he was quickly dismissed.
