Ascobol is a djinni in service to Nathaniel. He dislikes Bartimaeus and Bartimaeus dislikes him in turn, for both the cyclops guise he normally employs and his "silly falsetto voice." His name was one of those more recently discovered and so his summoning history is short compared to Bartimaeus.
